i'm so doing this!

Check this out, Blurb.com has a program you can download where it will make a book of your blog. I had been planning on doing this anyway, using the same photos from my blog, but it would take me ages.

This will be great. I'll let you know how it goes when I make one. Anybody make one of these? If they stink, let me know. You never know what you get with these books, but if it could at least get on paper to tell the story for 20 years down the road, I'll be happy.

Here's the site: blog book site

I love the internet. and computers. and cameras. Life is fun!

P.S. Just had to announce that I have officially lost my head. I told my friends that when I had a baby I wasn't going to lose my head and do stupid things like fill my house with a bunch of toys, talk only about my baby and what else did I say I wouldn't do....I can't really remember becuase, like I said, I have lost my head. Anyway, John and I went to Target tonight and I bought one of "those toys" that I said I would never buy. It sings, has a bunch of flashing lights and buttons to push and really doesn't do much for Miles. But his eyes lit up in the store and he looked like he had found his "soul toy" when I showed it to him. Mind you, I barely buy myself a new pair of socks, but I threw that toy in the cart so fast that John honestly didn't even realize it was there until we were at the check out lane. So I've lost my mind and my house looks like a day care and probably smells like one too. Wait, that's just me that smells like a day care. Wait, slash that, I'm sure day care facilities actually smell ten times better. Oh well. I have lost my head, my house is trashed with toys and I'm sure my pre-baby self would be appalled, but I have never been happier.

Bets.
Although I haven't ordered one of their blog books myself I have seen one. They are pretty nice. I think that they are designed for blogs with so-so pictures because the images aren't large or a focal point (at least in the one that I saw). I'd love to know what you think when you get yours.
